Hey Katiedog! I saw you've been checking out my classroom blog! My 2nd graders haven't seen it yet, so they will be so excited to see that you are posting! I know some will even want to talk to you, so be prepared to become famous! Tell your mommy Barb I love and miss her! Talk to you soon!
Hey, Liz, I miss you, too! Katie will be happy to blog, of course. She'd love for her fame to travel wide. Carthage is on my route to shadow on occasion, so I hope to visit your classroom sometime (too bad Katie can't come...) I got to see Terri and Shelly and Caroline last week, and what a comfort it was to see their faces when there is so much new stuff in my routine. Hope to see you soon at writing retreat.
When you are in Carthage, please do let me know. I'd love to have you visit my Chickadees! I know what you mean about seeing the familiar faces being comforting. Spending time with Casey, Larry, Julie, Laura, and Kelly (and her family) was refreshing. It's hard to explain how close I feel to the TC's from our site. Well, I'm rambling on...but the jist is that I totally relate to you! It will be fabulous to see you!
