Larry, I check your blogs on a regular basis, to see what you are up to. I am super jealous of everything that you are doing. I wish I had the guts to try some of that stuff. I did go before the Curriculum Development Committee to get Alice's Adventures in Wonderland and Haroun and the Sea of Stories added so we can use them. I like the podcasts, and the idea of the commercials for the book. What is next on the agenda, or is it just Alice's Adventures?

We are currently working on freelance podcasts. I had to give them topics. The Plowboys are doing a discussion on Japanese tractors versus the traditional American made farm implements. That should be interesting. One team of girls are going to argue about who has better clothes, Armani or Versace. One team is discussing how long they have to work at McDonalds to by a Ferrari. They all have to do research to make the arguments. We'll see how it goes. The next step is video. I can't wait. Thanx for the comments.

I totally agree with Thomas...and this is something I told you last summer at SI, Larry...I SOOOO admire your willingness and fortitude to jump and connect with the kids and use the materials that matter to them and impact their lives. I love your blog. Hope the semester ends well.
